Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This is the privacy policy for PinPoint's pre-launch waitlist phase. PinPoint is operated by Liza Jaiyeola. Before the PinPoint app collects health, medication, cycle, dose, inventory, or progress data, we will publish a more detailed privacy notice.

What we collect

The only personal information PinPoint currently collects is the email address you enter on our waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, location, age, prescriptions, health conditions, or any other personal details.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and email provider (Buttondown) maintain standard server access logs as part of their normal operations.

How we use your email

Your email address is used only to:

You can opt out of these emails at any time. We will not contact you for any purpose unrelated to PinPoint, and we will not send you marketing for any other product.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Your email is stored by Buttondown, our email service provider, under their own privacy and security practices. We do not transmit your email to any other third party.

How to unsubscribe or request deletion

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

To request complete deletion of your email from our records — including from Buttondown — email hello@pinpointtrack.com. We will process the request within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pinpointtrack.com.

A note on health information

PinPoint discusses GLP-1 medication tracking, cycle context, symptoms, and progress on its marketing pages, but we are not collecting any health information from you on this waitlist. PinPoint is not currently a HIPAA-covered entity. Before the PinPoint app collects health, medication, cycle, dose, inventory, symptom, or progress data, a separate, more detailed privacy notice will cover how that information is handled.

Children's privacy

PinPoint is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PinPoint evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to current subscribers.
